The S.N.A.P.™ MidiPrep Kit is medium-scale plasmid DNA purification kit designed for fast and easy purification of pure plasmid DNA from 10-100 ml of overnight culture (Figure 1). The S.N.A.P. MidiPrep procedure takes just 40 minutes.
- Lyse cells and filter debris with the S.N.A.P. filtering column
- Apply flow-through to the S.N.A.P.™ DNA binding column
- Wash the column
- Elute pure, supercoiled plasmid DNA in water or TE buffer
