Description
The JetQuick™ Blood and Cell Culture DNA Midiprep Kit is designed for rapid and efficient purification of genomic DNA (gDNA) from blood, body fluids (amniotic fluid, saliva, sperm, lymph), and mammalian cells.
It utilizes silica membrane-based technology that allows for isolation of 20-50 kb DNA that is suitable for a wide range of downstream applications, including PCR, restriction enzyme digestion, and Southern blotting.
