THERMOscript 1st Strand cDNA Synthesis Kit provides all the necessary components for cDNA synthesis from total RNA or mRNA. The cDNA is efficiently synthesized by THERMOScript H? RTase /RI Mix and 5X RT Reaction Mix(dNTP included).
• Increased thermostability up to 55 degree C for more full-length cDNA products.
• Deficient RNase H activity to reduce RNA template degradation during the first-strand cDNA synthesis.
