Description

This Human C-Type Lectin Domain Family 1 Member B (CLEC1B) ELISA Kit is intended for quantitative detection of human CLEC1B in cell culture supernates, serum and plasma (heparin, EDTA). Strip well format. Reagents for up to 96 tests.
This human CLEC1B ELISA Kit is based on standard sandwich enzyme-linked immune-sorbent assay technology. A monoclonal antibody from mouse specific for CLEC1B has been precoated onto 96-well plates. Standards (Expression system for standard: NSO, Immunogen sequence: S55-P229) and test samples are added to the wells, a biotinylated detection polyclonal antibody from goat specific for CLEC1B is added subsequently and then followed by washing with PBS or TBS buffer. Avidin-Biotin-Peroxidase Complex is added and unbound conjugates are washed away with PBS or TBS buffer. HRP substrate TMB are used to visualize HRP enzymatic reaction. TMB is catalyzed by HRP to produce a blue color product that changed into yellow after adding acidic stop solution. The density of yellow is proportional to the human CLEC1B amount of sample captured in plate.
The capture antibody is a monoclonal antibody from mouse, the detection antibody is a biotinylated polyclonal antibody from goat. Expression system for standard: C-type lectin domain family 1 member B is a protein that in humans is encoded by the CLEC1B gene. This gene is mapped to 12p13.31-p13.2. Natural killer (NK) cells express multiple calcium-dependent (C-type) lectin-like receptors, such as CD94 and NKG2D, that interact with major histocompatibility complex class I molecules and either inhibit or activate cytotoxicity and cytokine secretion. CLEC2 is a C-type lectin-like receptor expressed in myeloid cells and NK cells
