Creative Biogene Dengue Virus IV Real Time RT-PCR Kit is used for the detection of dengue virus IV in serum, plasma or mosquito sample by using real time PCR systems. Dengue virus (DENV) is the cause of dengue fever. It is a mosquito-borne single positive-stranded RNA virus of the family Flaviviridae; genus Flavivirus. Five serotypes of the virus have been found, all of which can cause the full spectrum of disease. The kit contains a specific ready-to-use system for the detection of the dengue virus IV.
