Creative Biogene Toscana Virus(TOSV) Real Time RT‐PCR Kitis used for the detection of Toscana Virus by using real time PCR systems. Toscana virus (TOSV) is an arbovirus (arthropod-borne virus) belonging to Bunyavirales, an order of negative-stranded, enveloped RNA viruses. The kit contains a specific ready-to-use system for the detection of the Toscana Virus. Fluorescence is emitted and measured by the real time systems' optical unit during the PCR
