Description
Creative Biogene Mycobacterium tuberculosis (TB) real time PCR kit is used for the detection of DNA of all members of the M. tuberculosis complex (Mycobacterium tuberculosis, Mycobacterium africanum, Mycobacterium bovis, Mycobacterium bovis BCG, Mycobacterium microti and Mycobacterium canettii) by real time PCR systems in samples like nasal and pharyngeal secretions, sputum, blood, urine etc. The Kit contains a specific ready-to-use system for the detection of the Mycobacterium tuberculosis complex by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) in the real-time PCR system. The master contains reagents and enzymes for the specific amplification of the Mycobacterium tuberculosis complex DNA.
