Creative Biogene Influenza Virus A H1&H3 Real Time RT-PCR Kitis used for the detection of subtype H1&H3 of influenza virus A in nasal and pharyngeal secretions by using real time PCR systems. Influenza A virus causes influenza in birds and some mammals, and is the only species of the Alphainfluenzavirus genus of the Orthomyxoviridae family of viruses.
