Creative Biogene Enterovirus 70(EV70) Real Time RT‐PCR Kit is used for the detection of Enterovirus 70 in samples like nasal and pharyngeal secretions, sputum, provoked sputum, stool, C.S.F, serum by using real time PCR systems. EV70 is an unusual enterovirus because AHC is not initiated through the alimentary tract but upon introduction of the virus directly into the eye.
