Creative Biogene Avian Influenza Virus H10 Real Time RT-PCR Kitis used for the detection of Avian influenza Virus N10 in human nasal and pharyngeal secretions and bird fece by using real time PCR systems. Influenza A virus causes influenza in birds and some mammals, and is the only species of the Alphainfluenzavirus genus of the Orthomyxoviridae family of viruses. The kit contains a specific ready-to-use system for the detection of the Avian influenza Virus N10. Fluorescence is emitted and measured by the real time systems' optical unit during the PCR
