Creative Biogene HSV Ⅰ&Ⅱ Typing real time PCR kit is used for the detection of HSV genotypeⅠ & genotype Ⅱ in serum, herpes secretion or genital swabs samples by using real time PCR systems. The kit contains a specific ready-to-use system for the detection of the HSVgenotypeⅠ& genotype Ⅱ by polymerase chain reaction in the real-time PCR system.
