Chikungunya is an infection caused by the chikungunya virus (CHIKV). Symptoms include fever and joint pain. The kit contains a specific ready-to-use system for the detection of the chikungunya virus. Fluorescence is emitted and measured by the real time systems' optical unit during the PCR
