Creative Biogene Respiratory Adenovirus real time PCR kit is used for the detection of Adenovirus in sputum, gargle, nasopharyngeal swab or blood samples by real time PCR systems. The kit contains a specific ready-to-use system for the detection of respiratory adenovirus by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) in the real-time PCR system. The master contains reagents and enzymes for the specific amplification of the Adenovirus DNA including type 1, 2 and 5.
