Description
Creative Biogene Borrelia burgdrferi real time PCR kit is used for the detection of three species of borrelia burgdrferi in whole blood (non-anticoagulant), ticks, C.S.F, synovial fluid, or skin tissue samples by using real time PCR systems. The kit contains a specific ready-to-use system for the detection of Borrelia burgdorferi(for B. burgdorferi sensu stricto, B. burgdorferi and B. afzelii) through polymerase chain reaction (PCR) in the real-time PCR system. The master contains reagents and enzymes for the specific amplification of the malaria parasites DNA. Fluorescence is emitted and measured by the real time systems' optical unit during the PCR
