Description
Octet® AAVX Biosensors provide a rapid, label-free, and high throughput method for Adeno-Associated Viral (AAV) capsid titer measurement at various stages of bioprocessing in gene therapy. In conjunction with the genuine Octet® Bio-Layer Interferometry (BLI) platform, AAV capsid quantitation can now be measured for up to 96 samples in parallel in as little as 15 minutes. The assay can be applied directly in crude lysates, column eluates, cell lysates or cell culture supernatants providing a rapid and label-free method for the quantitation of AAV capsids.
