MagIso™ DNA Reverse Purification Kit is a Rapid and Flexible tool for DNA extraction from much more specimens than traditional kits in both liquid and solid samples. The specially designed Reverse Purification method utilizes our proprietary magnetic particles to actively bind and then remove inhibitors and cell fragments from cell lysate by magnetic force (a magnetic seperator is enough). The cleared lysate is ready for downstream applications like PCR and sequencing. This kit can be used for viruses, bacteria, parasitic protozoa, as well as animal & human cells, with direct extraction times as short as 7 minutes for cotton swabs and solid samples, and 10 minutes for liquid specimens
