Description
Innate lymphoid cells (ILCs) are a group of innate immune cells that are derived from common lymphoid progenitor (CLP) and belong to the lymphoid lineage. These cells are defined by absence of antigen specific B or T cell receptor because of the lack of recombination activating gene (RAG). Use SuperBeads® Human Pan-ILC Isolation Kit to enrich Group 1, 2, and 3 Innate Lymphoid Cells (ILC1, 2, and 3) from washed leukapheresis samples by immunomagnetic negative selection. The kit depletes other kinds of cells. The negatively isolated Human Pan-ILC are left in the sample and have not been touched with the SuperBeads.
