Use SuperBeads® Human CD3 Cell Isolation Kit to isolate highly purified CD3+ cells from fresh or previously frozen human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) by immunomagnetic positive selection. It may also be used for the depletion of CD3 cells. The positively isolated Human CD3 Cells are are labeled with antibodies and magnetic SuperBeads.
