Description
CD11c is a type I transmembrane protein found at high levels on most human dendritic cells, but also on monocytes, macrophages, neutrophils, and some B cells that induces cellular activation and helps trigger neutrophil respiratory burst, expressed in hairy cell leukemias, acute nonlymphocytic leukemias, and some B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemias. Use SuperBeads® Human CD11 c Cell Isolation Kit to isolate highly purified CD11 c cells from PBMC by immunomagnetic positive selection. It may also be used for the depletion of CD11 c cells. The positively isolated Human CD11 c Cells are are labeled with antibodies and magnetic SuperBeads.
