Human CD56 cells are a type of cytotoxic lymphocyte that constitutes a major component of the innate immune system. NK cells play a major role in the rejections of tumors and cells infected by viruses. Use SuperBeads® Human CD56 Cell Isolation Kit ( Buffy Coat) to isolate highly purified CD56+ cells from buffy coat samples by immunomagnetic positive selection. It may also be used for the depletion of CD56+ cells. The positively isolated Human CD56 Cells are are labeled with antibodies and magnetic SuperBeads.
