The human leukocyte antigen (HLA) system or complex is a gene complex encoding the major histocompatibility complex (MHC) protein in humans. These cell-surface proteins are responsible for the regulation of the immune system in human. Use SuperBeads® Human HLA Total Lymphocyte Isolation Kit to isolate highly purified lymphocytes directly from whole blood or washed leukapheresis samples by immunomagnetic negative selection. The kit depletes other kinds of cells. The negatively isolated Human HLA Total Lymphocytes are left in the sample and have not been touched with the SuperBeads.
