Description
Use SuperBeads® Human Pan-Granulocyte Isolation Kit to isolate highly purified pan-granulocytes (neutrophils, eosinophils, and basophils) from fresh human peripheral blood leukocytes by immunomagnetic negative selection. The kit depletes other kinds of cells. The negatively isolated Human Pan-Granulocytes are left in the sample and have not been touched with the SuperBeads.
