Description
Human T cell is a type of lymphocyte that plays a central role in cell-mediated immunity. Use SuperBeads® Human T Cell Isolation Kit to isolate untouched and highly purified T cells from fresh or previously frozen human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) or washed leukapheresis samples by immunomagnetic negative selection. The kit depletes other kinds of cells. The negatively isolated Human T Cells are left in the sample and have not been touched with the SuperBeads.
