Description
Monocytes are found in the circulating peripheral blood where they make up 10-20% of the total mononuclear cell population. Use SuperBeads® Human Monocyte Isolation Kit to Isolate untouched and highly purified (CD14+CD16-) monocytes from fresh or previously frozen human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) or lysed leukapheresis samples by immunomagnetic negative selection. The kit depletes other kinds of cells. The negatively isolated Human Monocytes are left in the sample and have not been touched with the SuperBeads.
