Principle of the Assay: SARS-CoV-2 Surrogate Virus Neutralization Test Kit(N501Y) is a blocking ELISA detection tool, which mimics the virus neutralization process. The kit contains two key components: the HRP labeled recombinant human ACE2 and the SARS-CoV-2 RBD(N501Y) protein.
