IHC background staining of FFPE human kidney tissue within normal limits with or without pretreatment using Avidin/Biotin Block Kit [E08-18]. The brown stain indicates non-specific binding caused by endogenous avidin or biotin, and blue is the counter stain. It is mounted using a permanent organic mounting medium [E37-100].
