Application Notes: standard: 200 ng/mL. Test principle: This assay employs the competitive inhibition enzyme immunoassay technique. Standards or samples are added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells then with a biotin-conjugated antibody specific to Human Anti-THSD7A.
