Cayman’s Cyclic di-AMP ELISA Kit is a competitive assay that can be used for quantification of cyclic di-AMP in bacterial and mammalian cell lysates. The assay has a range of 15.6-2,000 pg/ml (23.7-3,038 pM) with an average sensitivity (80% B/B0) of 52 pg/ml (79 pM) and a Lower Limit of Detection (LLOD) of 21 pg/ml (32 pM).
