The FRAP (Ferric Reducing Antioxidant Power) Detection Kit from Arbor Assays quantifies total antioxidant capacity in serum, plasma, urine, teas, juices, and biological extracts. Based on the ferric-to-ferrous ion reduction reaction, the assay measures antioxidant status by producing a stable colored product readable at 560 nm.
