The non-mammalian Intercept® Blocker in these kits is in PBS (phosphate-buffered saline) containing 0.06% Kathon II. The Immobilon®-FL PVDF membrane included in these kits has been tested to ensure a low-background for infrared Western blot success. The Bulk Buffer Kit contains Intercept (PBS) Blocking Buffer (10 x 500 mL) and Millipore Immobilon-FL PVDF Membrane (1 roll, 0.45 µm; 26.5 cm x 3.75m)
