Lightning-Link (R) Rapid DyLight 594 Antibody Labeling Kit

Lightning-Link® Rapid DyLight 594 Antibody Labeling Kit - Mouse anti-human CD8 was conjugated with DyLight® 594 using an Expedeon Rapid Lightning-Link® kit. The conjugated antibody was then used to stain human peripheral blood lymphocytes, followed by analysis with flow cytometry. (Blue line - negative control; red line - positive staining).
