Ascorbate Peroxidase Assay Kit is an assay kit designed for the detection and quantification of Ascorbate Peroxidase activity in plant tissue using a spectrophotometer. Ascorbate Peroxidase (APX) catalyzes the reaction between ascorbic acid (ASA) and hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), and ASA can be oxidized to monodehydroascorbic acid (MDASA).
