Description
The vector of Gb3 Lectin-based chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) is constructed for the engineering of T cells to target glycosphingolipid globotriaosylceramide (Gb3). The T cells are genetically modified through transduction with a lentiviral vector expressing Shiga linked to CD28 and CD3ζ signaling domains. And the vector product was designed for the treatment of Gb3 (LecA) h(CD28-CD3ζ) Lectin-based CAR, pCDCAR1
