Description
cDNA is a special DNA type that is prepared from a template RNA in a catalytic reaction. It is also generated naturally by retroviruses and then creates a provirus in the host's genome. The cDNA-Random Primer product provided by Creative Biolabs is made of RNA extracted from normal Cynomolgus monkeys' skeletal muscle tissue by utilizing modern extraction technology. RNA has been removed from residual DNA to ensure product quality. The cDNA is primed with Random Hexamer primer
