CRISPR Module B Human Genome 80K Knockout Library (plasmid, sgRNA do not overlap with KOHGW-80K-P) from Cellecta

Cellecta’s Module B 80K Human Genome-Wide CRISPR Library was designed with sgRNA that complement the guides expressed in Cellecta's original CRISPR Human-Genome Library. Module B library can be mixed with the original CRISPR Human Genome-Wide library (cat. KOHGW-80K-P) to produce a pooled library where there are 8 sgRNA targeting each of the ~19,000 human protein coding genes. Either library can also be used independently to run screens with 4 guides targeting each gene. --Single library with ~80,000 constructs targeting approximately 19,000 protein-coding genes. --No overlap in guides between original 80K Human CRISPR Knockout library and this Module B library. --Targets all human protein-coding genes—over 19,000 gene targets
