Description
The Maxwell® CSC Genomic DNA Kit is intended for use as an in vitro diagnostic (IVD) medical device. The kit is used in combination with the Maxwell® CSC or CSC 48 Instrument and the Maxwell® CSC Genomic DNA method to extract and purify genomic DNA from multiple different human sample types in a single instrument run. Compatible sample types include human whole blood, buffy coat, bone marrow, buccal swabs, tissues, and cells isolated from tissue cultures or various biological fluids (e.g., urine, amniotic fluid, etc.). The Maxwell® CSC Genomic DNA Kit offers clinical laboratories a platform solution with built-in flexibility for consistent and reliable DNA extraction from different sample types and input amounts for use with a variety of in vitro diagnostic workflows such as PCR and qPCR assays
