Mouse Factor IX Genetically Deficient Liver Lyophilized is prepared from a Factor IX knockout mouse. This Factor IX Knockout was created by targeted disruption of the F9 gene. Mutations were then confirmed by PCR genotyping, Sanger sequencing, and RT-PCR. Organ is flash-frozen immediately upon removal, then lyophilized
