We develop hybridomas from immunized mice or rats. If you already have an antigen – great! If you dont have it – well generate it for you. We have the possibility to increase immunogenicity using proprietary methods. All hybridomas are screened using ELISA, and promising hits can be further characterized using Affinity scout, epitope binning (Bio-layer interferometry), and FluoroSpot. Finally, selected hybridoma are subcloned to ensure monoclonality.
