Used with in vitro protein synthesis reactions, novel CloverDirect™ tRNA Reagents allow the incorporation of unnatural amino acids at defined positions. Choose from a wide range of tRNAs for adding fluorescent groups, photo-crosslinking groups, PEGylation, and more. Simply alter your DNA template at the selected location with an amber stop codon (UAG), or CGGG.
