BE-Gradient Barrier-Free consists of a central cell culture chamber and two adjacent channels that come into direct contact with it. Varying the concentration of elements in the adjacent channels generates chemical gradients in the cell culture chamber. BE-Gradient Barrier-Free is an excellent tool for studying 3D ischemia, cell invasion, migration, and endothelialization.
