Christoph studied biology with a focus on molecular biology and microbiology at the Friedrich-Schiller-University in Jena, followed by the PhD at the HKI Jena. After a postdoc at the Pasteur Institute in Paris, France, and a professional activity at an IVD laboratory in Luxembourg, he joined Analytik Jena as Product Manager for Life Science Solutions in 2021.
