Eliminate gel-to-gel variation by hand casting gels 12 at a time using the Mini-PROTEAN 3 multicasting chamber and Model 385 gradient former. Alternatively, use precast gels. The Mini-PROTEAN 3 Dodeca cell features a built-in cooling coil to prevent overheating and stirbar capability to help maintain uniform buffer tank temperatures for run reproducibility.
