Absolute Mag™ CD33 Conjugated Magnetic Particles (# WHM-AB13 #) are obtained by coupling the biotinylated CD33 protein to streptavidin magnetic particles. The CD33 coupled particles could capture anything binding to CD33, and make the following testing easy, such as immunocapture, biopanning and flow cytometry. These magnetic particles will be supplied as lyophilized powder (from 0.22 µm filtered PBS pH7.4 including 0.05% Tween-20 and 10% trehalose)
