Absolute Mag™ CD19 Conjugated Magnetic Particles (# WHM-AB10 #) are obtained by coupling the biotinylated CD19 protein to streptavidin magnetic particles. The CD19 coupled particles could capture anything binding to CD19, and make the following testing easy, such as immunocapture, biopanning and flow cytometry. These magnetic particles will be supplied as lyophilized powder (from 0.22 µm filtered PBS pH7.4 including 0.05% Tween-20 and 10% trehalose)
