A pan-HDAC inhibitor (Kis = 16-247 nM for HDAC1-11); inhibits proliferation of A2780, COLO 205, HCT116, and PC3 cancer cells (IC50s = 0.48, 0.56, 0.48, and 0.34 µM, respectively); reduces tumor growth at increases survival in an HCT116 mouse xenograft model at 50 and 100 mg/kg; synergizes with pacritinib to decrease the number of metastases in a MOLM-13 mouse xenograft model at 75 mg/kg
