Description
Solabegron is a selective agonist of beta3-adrenergic receptor, stimulating cAMP accumulation in Chinese hamster ovary cells expressing the human beta3-AR(EC50 : 22 nM). It is used for treatment of overactive bladder and irritable bowel syndrome
