Description
BMVC2 (o-BMVC) is a bisubstitute carbazole derivative of BMVC. BMVC2 is a G-quadruplex (G4) stabilizerIn VitroBMVC2 by monitoring the disappearance of the 291 nm CD signals of d[AG 3 (T 2 AG 3 ) 3 ] (HT22) after adding Cu2+ is screened, a longer unfolding time would dictate a better G4 stabilizer. The unfolding curve of HT22 in the presence of BMVC2 can be fitted by using two time constants of 133.7 s (29%) and 2816 s (71%), which are similar to the unfolding parameters of BMVC.
