MCC is non-cleavable ADC linker used in the synthesis of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs), such as MCC-DM1.In VitroAntibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) are potent cytotoxic drugs linked to antibodies through chemical linkers, and allow specific targeting of drugs to neoplastic cells.
