ICBA (Isomer Mixture) is a C 60 derivative synthesized from C 60 and indene. It is a shallow lowest occupied molecular orbital (LUMO) acceptor material, which can be used to improve the performance of polymer solar cells (PSC). ICBA (isomer mixture) can be used as an active layer together with poly (3-hexylthiophene) (P3HT), and can be used to manufacture organic solar cells (OSC). ICBA is combined with thiazolothiazole. It can be mixed with PCBM for photovoltaic-based applications
