Description
eIF4A3-IN-2 is a highly selective and noncompetitive eukaryotic initiation factor 4A-3 (eIF4A3) inhibitor with an IC 50 of 110 nMIn VitroeIF4A3-IN-2 (compound 2) binds to the allosteric region in eIF4A3 and inhibits in vitro ATPase, helicase, and cellular nonsense-mediated RNA decay (NMD) activities.
